1. Today

The website does not take payments. Fees are confirmed in writing when an application is approved, before any payment is made.

2. If we cannot deliver

If we approve your application and take payment, but cannot deliver your namespace, inbox and profile page within [DELIVERY_DAYS] days of payment, we will refund the fee in full.
